Event staff standards at events
Under no circumstances do you as a booked event staff under any booking with or for me (Sarah Lancaster) do you tag the client in any photos, videos or social media you have taken on any job booked by myself, you do not give your personal details to the client on any job, or anyone working for the client or agency on any event.
Pay
At no point will you discuss the wages or money on any job with any client, this will lead to being taken off any future jobs with me and no future booking will be offered.
Late, and absence
Please be on time for any jobs you are booked for, I state on each contract what time to arrive, and what time the stand opens, always keep in mind travel and traffic, as some event venues will have heavy traffic due to customers and exhibitors arriving at similar times, please keep this in mind when planning your journeys. If you are unwell or have an emergency, please let me (Sarah Lancaster) know immediately so I have time to arrange cover.
Going Direct
If at any point you try and get work directly with any of my clients or jobs I have booked for you, I will not book you for any future events. You have been booked through me (Sarah Lancaster) If at any point you try and go direct to the client for booking yourself or to offer supplying a team or staff from work from any event you have worked under me (Sarah Lancaster) will be seen as poaching my client and work. Under no circumstance will this be acceptable. I offer a lot of work under the premise you respect the booking and me as the booker. If this is found the be happening you will be liable for £5,000.00 per client or job, and you will be removed from any future booking with myself.
